A set of 3 elasticated bracelets featuring Yellow Calcite, Magnesite and crystal.
Calcite is linked to those born under the Cancer, Leo and Aquarius zodiac signs. Calcite is thought to be an amplifier and cleanser of energy. It is said to connect emotions and intellect making it useful in mental healing. It is a crystal for love and relationships and may help in reconciliations by reducing discourse. It is said to be an excellent protective stone that strengthens intuition and wisdom. Calcite comes in many colours and varieties and each are said to have their own metaphysical ‘healing’ properties which are in addition to the above. Calcite is a soft stone that should not be worn in water. Some of the varieties Wristocracy stocks include the following:
Yellow Calcite is said to cleanse and energise. Linked with the solar plexus chakra it may aid with emotional healing, reducing stress and anxiety. It an enhance meditation, stimulating the higher mind. It is also said the help motivate and revitalise and may be useful with study and laziness.
Magnesite is connected to Aries and the third eye and heart chakras.
Bracelets are hand threaded and can be worn together as a collection or individually and can be a great starting point for adding other bracelets in the Wristocracy range.
Sizing
I recommend you select a size that is 1-1.5cm larger than your actual wrist size to allow a little movement. As these bracelets are elasticised it is not recommended that you wear them taut as it strains the elastic and may be uncomfortable on your wrist, nor too loose that it will catch on things.
Caring for your Wristocracy:
Like with all my jewellery I do recommend you take bracelets off before entering water. Frequent exposure to water and cologne can damage the beads.
Some gemstones are water or photosensitive. This means long periods of water or sun exposure may erode or fade the stone - so it is best to keep this in mind when wearing or storing the jewellery.
Safety
Bracelets are intended for adult wear only. Please keep beads away from animals and small children and ingestion may cause harm.
Gemstones are beautiful to look at, but make no mistake - they should never be ingested. If your bracelet or necklace breaks, collect all the stones and put them in a safe place and contact the maker to remake (if possible). I will remake my pieces only. Please note there is a small charge for re-making and if extra beads are required I may charge a little bit for those also.
Most minerals are safe to wear or handle normally, however if the polish on your gemstone starts to breakdown you need to consider replacing the stones.
