I do get a lot of queries about healing powers of crystals, with the assumption that I am very knowledgable on this matter. The simple truth is I really am not and am myself attracted to gemstones more for their colour and sparkle than for healing.
In saying this I always put a lot of work into finding out about this information for bespoke personal pieces and Wristocracy jewellery in general. The 7 Chakras
It is thought that a person has 7 chakras or energy centres that are only healthy when balanced.
These 7 chakras are named the Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral, and Root and are located in different parts of the body, starting from the top of the head running down to the base of the spine.
If chakras are unbalanced it is said to be evident through different physical, emotional, spiritual warning signs and that unbalanced chakras can affect not only or physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing, but also our aura (a colour emanation and energy that surrounds living beings according to spiritual beliefs).
It is thought that chakras may be rebalanced through the combined use of meditation, yoga, breathing, crystals and essential oils and that only when our chakras are balanced we can attain optimum physical, mental and spritual wellbeing.

Anceient Greek philosophers believed there were four material elements were found in nature. Fire, Earth, Air and Water + the immaterial fifth element of space or ether. They also believed that that the four temperaments - choleric, melancholic, phlegmatic and sanguine were linked to the four elements, the zodiac and stones and crystals.
Air Elements are said to symbolise conversation, logic and mental clarity. Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius are the zodiac signs under this element. Air works with Water
