Gradient Baltic Amber clasp bracelet with rose gold fill detail

$60.00

Amber is fossilised tree resin that has been valued and worn since Neolithic times. Traditionally it was worn as a talisman for courage and self-confidence and was considered to bring good luck for warriors on the battlefield.  In some cultures it represented the renewal of marital vows or a seal of a promise. Elders would also often wear it as a token of wisdom and endurance.  In Chinese culture Amber was sometimes linked to tigers as they believed the tiger’s soul transformed into Amber. For obvious reasons it has strong connections with the earth and is said to have grounding properties. Amber is often associated with warmth, healing, and protection and is believed to promote a sense of well-being, balance, and harmony.Amber is associated with the zodiac signs of Leo and Aquarius. Please note I do not sell or ever intend for any of my products to be used as infant teething jewellery.

Bracelet Sizing

I recommend you select a size that is 1-1.5cm larger than your actual wrist size to allow a little movement. As these bracelets are elasticised it is not recommended that you wear them taut as it strains the elastic and may be uncomfortable on your wrist, nor too loose that it will catch on things.

Mala Sizing

Wristocracy Mala are strung from 108 x 8mm beads unless otherwise stated. They can be finished with your choice of tassel, crystal piece (yours or ours with drilling an extra cost if needed). Mala can also be finished infinity style as in the rainbow style.

Caring for your Wristocracy:

Like with all my jewellery I do recommend you take bracelets off before entering water. Frequent exposure to water and cologne can damage the beads.

Some gemstones are water or photosensitive.  This means long periods of water or sun exposure may erode or fade the stone - so it is best to keep this in mind when wearing or storing the jewellery.

Safety

Jewellery is intended for adult wear only. Please keep beads away from animals and small children and ingestion may cause harm.

Please note this is NOT INTENDED AS A TEETHING BRACELET - keep away from small children - it is a choking hazard.

Amber, Amethyst, Ametrine, Apatite, Azurite, Bumble Bee Jasper, Cinnibar, Coral, Dioptase, Freshwater Pearls, Jet, Lapis Lazuli, Malachite, Nephrite, Pearl (natural), Pyrite, Quartz (all), Serpentine and Shattuckite are all stones that may pose poisoning risk if ingested

If you want more information on your stones check out Wristocropedia (subscribers only)

Most minerals are safe to wear or handle normally, however if the polish on your gemstone starts to breakdown you need to consider replacing the stones.

None should be ingested, so please keep away from small children and animals. For more information on this please check out the International Gem Society

If your bracelet or necklace breaks, collect all the stones and put them in a safe place and contact the maker to remake (if possible). I will remake my pieces only. Please note there is a small charge for re-making and if extra beads are required I may charge a little bit for those also.
