This Selene Goddess bracelet is named after the Greek Goddess of the Moon. It is strung from flashy 💎 4mm faceted Spotted Rainbow Moonstone interspersed with tiny sterling silver ball beads.
In different lights this bracelet flashes vivid blue labradorescence, though this is sometimes difficult to capture on camera.
Each bracelet is strung on strong elastic thread that will last, but is also available as a clasp bracelet at extra cost by special request.

Selene looks beautiful worn as a single bracelet but can also be combined with other bracelets particularly sterling silver as well as many other bracelets and sets in the Wristocracy range. Other stones currently in the Goddess range include High Grades of Labradorite, Citrine, Iolite, Black Spinel and Red Garnet.
Rainbow Moonstone (Blue Moonstone or White Labradorite) is one of the birthstones for June and is linked to the zodiac signs Cancer and Gemini. It is thought to bring balance, light, harmony and hope. It is beneficial for inner confidence, gaining knowledge, self discovery and new beginnings including travel. Also said to bring clarity, enhance creativity, strengthen intuition and endurance. Whilst Rainbow Moonstone it is not strictly a moonstone it is similar enough that it has been industry accepted as one. Rainbow Moonstone has a strong feminine energy and is said to protect you from negative energy. It is said to be beneficial for longevity, hormonal and reproductive health. It is said to promote self love, compassion and inner peace and help comfort during times of grief.
The black in Spotted Moonstone is Black Tourmaline that is sometimes considered beneficial for stress management, dispelling negativity. It has been thought to help those with a broken heart and in friendships. It also offers grounding and protection.
Bracelet Sizing
I recommend you select a size that is 1-1.5cm larger than your actual wrist size to allow a little movement. As these bracelets are elasticised it is not recommended that you wear them taut as it strains the elastic and may be uncomfortable on your wrist, nor too loose that it will catch on things.
Mala Sizing
Wristocracy Mala are strung from 108 x 8mm beads unless otherwise stated. They can be finished with your choice of tassel, crystal piece (yours or ours with drilling an extra cost if needed). Mala can also be finished infinity style as in the rainbow style.
Caring for your Wristocracy:
Like with all my jewellery I do recommend you take bracelets off before entering water. Frequent exposure to water and cologne can damage the beads.
Some gemstones are water or photosensitive. This means long periods of water or sun exposure may erode or fade the stone - so it is best to keep this in mind when wearing or storing the jewellery.
Safety
Bracelets are intended for adult wear only. Please keep beads away from animals and small children and ingestion may cause harm.
Gemstones are beautiful to look at, but make no mistake - they should never be ingested. If your bracelet or necklace breaks, collect all the stones and put them in a safe place and contact the maker to remake (if possible). I will remake my pieces only. Please note there is a small charge for re-making and if extra beads are required I may charge a little bit for those also.
Most minerals are safe to wear or handle normally, however if the polish on your gemstone starts to breakdown you need to consider replacing the stones.
